Annual fees are about $145. Properties are either "In," "Out" or "Lifetime" members ~ membership runs with the land. If a property is "in," then owners and their immediate family will have access to the clubhouse and parks, and will be required to pay the yearly fee. If a property is "out," then owners do not have to pay, but they do not have access to the CC amenities. If a property is a "lifetime" member, then owners have access, but do not have to pay the yearly fee. If the property is "out" of the CC, owners can, at anytime, opt into the CC. Although, there is no option to opt out. Most properties are "in" the Community Club. Come and enjoy all this place has to offer!
