June 5, 2010 ~ The kites flew high in the Ocean breezes with beautiful sunny skies. Our beach is home to many kite flyers. You can enjoy these wonderful displays of large kites many times during the summer months and a few times in the off-season weekends. Many people stopped, including myself, to watch the stunt kite flying....truly amazing. There are all kinds of kites: from bugs to animals, to high flying kites to ones that bounce up and down. Check out the pictures below.
