Downtown & Hotel Row
Ocean Shores, WA

Ocean Shores, WA is a peninsula with approximately 6 miles of public sandy beaches.  Platted in the 1960s and incorporated as a City in 1970.

DOWNTOWN:  Begins at the entrance ("gates") at Pt Brown Ave, and also travels along Ocean Shores Blvd NW and Chance a La Mer Ave.  Ocean Shores has many Restaurants, Hotels, ice cream shops, coffee stands, retail shops (including The Boardwalk Shops), and other businesses.  We are home to various yearly Events (ie, The Sand & Sawdust Festival, Antique Show, Art Show, etc) at the Convention Center, which features 29,900 sq.ft. designed to accommodate groups of all sizes, from a get-together of 30 to a conference of 1,000.  Have fun with the many activities, such as Miniature Golf, Arcade, Bumper Boats, Go-Cart Race Track, Bumper Cars, Movie Theater, Bowling, Bike Rentals, Moped Rentals, and more.  Ocean Shores offers essential services such as Fire/Paramedic, Police, Library, USPS, Shell Gas Station, Pharmacy, Auto Shops, and Grocery Stores (IGA, Dollar General, Liquidation Outlet).  My office (Coldwell Banker Ocean Shores Brokers) is located directly outside the entrance to Ocean Shores, so you cannot miss it...for all of your Real Estate needs.

Let us not forget the best of all.... THE BEACH.  Drive or walk onto the Beach in Downtown via the W. Chance a La Mer Ave or Damon Rd Beach Access Streets.  Take a leisurely stroll or ride a bike down the 3/4-mile High Dunes Beach Trail, which lies behind part of "Hotel Row" connecting the W. Chance a La Mer Ave and Damon Rd Beach Access Streets.

HOTEL ROW:  Stretching along Ocean Shores Blvd NW in Downtown Ocean Shores, "Hotel Row" is home to over 13 hotels and resorts, such as The Shilo Inn, The Polynesian, The Grey Gull, The Canterbury Inn, the Comfort Inn, and many others.
