Duck Lake
Ocean Shores, WA

Duck Lake is located on the eastern side of the Ocean Shores peninsula.  It is approximately 5 miles long.  Access from the Canals into Duck Lake is via the Fishhook "Bayou" Canal, which extends from the south-end of the Grand Canal.  Enjoy fishing, kayaking, canoeing, speed boating and water skiing (in posted areas) (no jet skis are allowed).  There are 2 City-owned Boat Launches located at North Bay Park and Chinook Park.

You will also enjoy the many wildlife, such as ducks, geese, deer, and even a mink.

Duck Lake is fed through an underground spring located at the south-end, but the rest of the lake was dredged out to create this large and beautiful lake.  Duck Lake is sometimes stocked with fish.

Houses are built along the water on all sides of the lake, which gives property owners direct access from their own docks.
