The North Jetty is located at the very southwestern part of the Ocean Shores peninsula at the opening of the Grays Harbor Bay (the South Jetty is located across the harbor at Westport).  The Jetty is one of the most beautiful and popular places to visit and live in Ocean Shores.  Take a stroll on the Beach or climb the Jetty rocks.  Many people come here to storm watch due to the huge crashing waves on the rocks, and even the foamy waves rolling onto the Beach.  You can catch views of barge ships (the port is in Aberdeen) and fishing boats traveling in and out of Grays Harbor.  Wildlife viewing is also an enjoyable activity: watch seagulls and pelicans, and even some sightings of whales once in a while.  Public parking and access is located at the end of Ocean Shores Blvd SW where it turns into E. Ocean Shores Blvd.
