June 2-3, 2012 ~ The International Kite Festival held its kite competitions on the downtown beaches of Ocean Shores on Saturday and Sunday. It made for a more enjoyable time due to the beautiful sunny skies and comfortable temperatures.

The Stunt kite flyers were a real treat and a must see. The synchronization of multiple kites flying and criss-crossing in the sky are really neat to see.
