About Me

Focused on my client's needs.

         Whether you are buying or selling, I am committed to my client's success by being diligent, professional, honest, caring, knowledgeable, and hard working.  I specialize in all facets of Real Estate – residential, condos, vacant land, multi-family, and commercial.  I am here for my clients!
         Since September 2004, I have been working in Ocean Shores, WA in this job that I love, and I get to pass along this experience to my clients.  I provide straight-forward analyses about the market and detailed marketing.  I truly care about doing a good job for you.  Please feel free to reach out to me via cell/text at

My Background:  Since September 2004, I have been a real estate agent in Ocean Shores, WA.  I obtained my Managing Broker's License in November 2008.  In April 2013, I was blessed by God to become the Designated Broker of Coldwell Banker Ocean Shores Brokers, and I continue this title / duty / responsibility to the present day.  I was born and raised in Southern California, but moved to Ocean Shores in December 2003.  I continue to love living and working here!

Education:  I graduated from UCLA in 2002 with a B.S. degree cum laude in Applied Mathematics.  I earned my AAAS in Accounting in June 2019 from Shoreline CC; and a Certificate in Accounting (September 2021) and a Certificate in Taxation (June 2022) from UCLA Extension.  This learning has provided me with very beneficial analytical skills for my business.
In 2007, I earned the Certified New Home Specialist™ and Residential Construction Certified™ designations.  In December 2010, I earned my Certified Residential Specialist™ (CRS) designation.  I continue my Real Estate education with continued classes.  I do enjoy learning!


Awards:  I earned the 2005 Grays Harbor Association of Realtors Rookie of the Year Award.  For many years, I have earned yearly Coldwell Banker awards for production/sales, including the President's Circle Award and the President's Premier Award.
