Monthly HOA Dues.  $125 Cleaning Fee per week-stayed.  Yearly Property Taxes are around $30-60.  Since the HOA Dues include everything (utilities, internet, furniture, TV/cable, appliances, dishes, silverware, pots/pans, building insurance, building maintenance, property management, and Community Club access), just bring your bag and relax!
