June 7-9, 2019 ~ Grays Harbor Festival of Colors is held in June on the beaches of Downtown Ocean Shores, WA. There were high flying kites of all sizes, characters (ie, Mario Brother, Crab, etc.), and colors. There were stunt kite fliers too!
Saturday saw good kite flying weather with partly sunny skies and a breeze from the West. Lots of people parked on the beach, rode horses and enjoyed the kite displays. This is a a neat and fun event!
