The Ocean Shores Community Club's Bayshore Clubhouse is located at 1016 Catala Ave SE directly on the Bay.  It features an indoor pool and spa, restrooms with showers and saunas, workout/exercise room, basketball court, game room, lounge room with puzzles and games, cafeteria (hours vary), and a meeting place for the many activity groups (ie, water aerobics, bridge, ping pong, etc) that meet here.
Enjoy the outdoors by taking a stroll along the path by the bulk-headed Bay, have fun on the playground, and play disc golf.

Most of the properties in Ocean Shores are members of the Club.  Membership "runs with the land," not with the owner, so it is a lien against the property (on title).  If a property is "in" the Club, then the Owner has access to the Club amenities and must pay the yearly dues.  There are some properties that are "out" of the Club, which means an Owner does not have to pay the yearly dues, but does not have access to the club.  There are very few properties that are "Lifetime" members, which means an Owner has access to the Club, but never has to pay the yearly dues.  If a property is "out," then an Owner can opt the property "in"; but, there is no option to opt a property "out" of the Club.  Current Dues are $165/year (as of 2024).
